Day 1: Agadir – Erg Chegaga

Your adventure begins early in the morning in Agadir, where you’ll travel by 4×4 towards southern Morocco. The journey takes you through Taliouine, famous for its saffron fields, and then to Foum Zguid, the last village before the desert. You’ll drive alongside the ancient Lake Iriki and follow the Saharan tracks to the majestic dunes of Erg Chegaga. The night will be spent in a comfortable, permanent bivouac, equipped with rooms with electricity and bathrooms, and will include a traditional dinner and Saharan music for your first taste of the desert.

Day 2: Erg Chegaga – Merzouga (via M’Hamid)

After breakfast, you’ll depart by 4×4 along the Chegaga dunes, stopping in M’Hamid, the iconic gateway to the Sahara. You then continue along desert tracks to Merzouga and its Erg Chebbi dunes, where you can enjoy a camel ride or continue by 4×4, depending on your preference. In the evening, the permanent bivouac welcomes you for a magical night under the stars, accompanied by a traditional dinner and Saharan music.

Day 3: Merzouga – Dades Gorges

The day begins with a spectacular sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast at the camp. You then set off for the Dades Gorges, possibly passing through Tinghir or Alnif, depending on the chosen route. The journey offers magnificent desert and mountain landscapes. In the evening, you are welcomed to comfortable accommodation in the Dades Valley for dinner and a restful night after this day of exploration.

Day 4: Dadès – Agadir

After breakfast, depart for Agadir, taking scenic routes through the Anti-Atlas and High Atlas Mountains. You can stop to admire the landscapes and take photos. A lunch break (not included) is planned en route before arriving in Agadir in the late afternoon, marking the end of your 4-day desert tour.
